These Terms govern all purchases made through exotic-designs.com from Exotic Designs di Marchetti Luca, Via Piave, 20, 63078 Pagliare del Tronto AP, Italy, VAT IT02473840443 ("Exotic Designs"), by any client ("Client") placing an order on this website.
Exotic Designs provides digital web design and brand identity services including: Brand Identity + Website, Creative Website, Digital Storefront, Website Refocus, and Micro Presence. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold.
Orders are placed through the website and paid via Stripe, Inc. at the time of order. All prices are in Euro (EUR) and exclude Italian IVA (22%). Payment must be received before project work begins. Exotic Designs reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if it cannot deliver the agreed service.
Estimated delivery timelines: Micro Presence (1–2 weeks), Creative Website (3–5 weeks), Brand Identity + Website or Website Refocus (6–8 weeks), Digital Storefront (6–8 weeks), Agency Bundle (10–14 weeks). Timelines begin from completion of the brief session, not from the date of payment. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide materials or feedback extend the timeline proportionally.
Each bundle includes a defined number of revision rounds (Spark: 1, Craft: 2, Studio: 3, Agency: 4). A revision round is a single consolidated feedback document. Open-ended ongoing feedback beyond included rounds is billed at the hourly rate.
The Client supplies required content, brand assets, access credentials, and timely feedback. Projects stalled for more than 30 days due to Client inaction may be rescheduled or cancelled per the Refund Policy.
On receipt of full payment, all project-specific design deliverables become the property of the Client. Exotic Designs retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests written confidentiality before project commencement.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ascoli Piceno, Italy.
