This policy applies to all services purchased through exotic-designs.com. Because our services are digital and begin within a short period after payment, refund conditions depend on the project stage at which a cancellation is received.
A full refund is available if the cancellation request is received within 5 calendar days of payment AND before the initial brief session has taken place. To request: email billing@exotic-designs.com with your name, order date, and reference number.
After the brief session but before the first design deliverable is sent, a partial refund of 60% of the project fee may be issued. After the first design deliverable is approved, no refund is available as substantial digital work has been delivered.
No refund is available once all agreed deliverables have been sent. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with an approved design direction where work conforms to the agreed brief.
Not applicable — Exotic Designs does not sell subscription services at this time.
By requesting immediate service commencement upon purchase (confirmed at checkout), EU consumers acknowledge that the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal ceases once performance of the digital service begins.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted where applicable.
